These terms govern your use of gethaldane.com and purchases from Frenga Commerce LLC ("Haldane", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment: prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error; if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Product use: Haldane is a wellness device and is not a substitute for medical care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If pain persists, see a doctor or podiatrist.

Guarantee and returns: our 60-day works-or-return guarantee and return process are described on the Guarantee and Shipping & Returns pages, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property: all content on this site, including text, images, and the Haldane name and logo, belongs to Frenga Commerce LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Utah, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights you cannot waive.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
