Our 60-day guarantee

Use Haldane every day for up to 60 days. If your mornings are not easier, send it back and we will refund the full purchase price.

The guarantee starts on the day your order is delivered. To start a return, email contact@gethaldane.com with your order number. We will send you simple return instructions and a prepaid return label for US orders.

Returns should be sent to: Frenga Commerce LLC, 1262 South 650 West, Suite 1B, Farmington, Utah 84025, United States.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will email you when the refund is on its way.

The boot just needs to be clean and complete. We cannot refund boots that are damaged beyond normal use, but ordinary wear from 60 days of sessions is exactly what the guarantee is for.
